Return and refund

At innerwonderlust our goal is to ensure your complete satisfaction with your purchase. Your purchase is eligible for return or replacement only if it meets the following criteria:

  • If an incorrect product was delivered to you, i.e. the product does not match the item description mentioned on the website or wrong product is delivered.
  • If the product you receive is broken/cracked on arrival and customer has unboxing Video.


All our products are handmade by experienced artisans, one piece at a time, making each piece unique. Due to this process, a slight variation in colour tone, shape or size may occur between products which is not regarded as a defect and will not be eligible for return or replacement.

Given the nature of our products, we reserve the sole discretion to provide resolution as we deem fit. Every return or exchange request is treated as an individual case. We are unable to offer replacement if we’ve been given an incorrect or incomplete shipping address or contact details, or if there are two failed delivery attempts by our shipping agency or the recipient refuses the package or ring size is not fit as you have provided us number of the ring. Shipping charges will be deducted from total amount which you have paid.

If your purchase meets our return criteria as stated above, please email us at within 24 hours of delivery with the following information:
– Order number
– Delivery address
– Video of the damaged product
– Specify the reason for the return/replacement, and in case of defective or  incorrect product, please send us an image of the item.

Unfortunately, we will not be able to consider any emails or images sent after 24 hours of the delivery.

If there is a genuine damage to the product, we’d be happy to replace your product within 7 – 14 working days after we receive an approval from our inspection team.
Under certain circumstances, if we are unable to provide you with replacement against your ordered product, then we will notify you, and thereafter will process your refund, a credit of the paid amount will reflect in the original mode of payment within 7-10 business days.

Please send us an email at before initiating the return. We recommend you to send via a reliable courier or speed post with a tracking number once we will receive the product we will initiate the replacement only in the case if we approve the request of return.

Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer. We are not responsible for lost or damaged packages. Pack the product in a slim pack with bubble packing so that they are safe during transit.

Cancellation Policy For Services (Course, attunement and Services)

We do not provide a Cancellation policy for Services which are known as Course, attunement & Services. Once booked it can’t be cancelled in any circumstances.

Cancellation Policy For Physical Products

The order has not been shipped yet: Any physical order which has not been shipped can be cancelled partially or fully with 24 hours from the order placed. The amount paid by you would be refunded to you and should reflect in your account in 10-15 working days. The order is normally shipped within 5-7 days after the purchase.

Incorrect items received: In a very rare and unlikely case you receive items that are different from the ones you ordered, we would request you to let us know about the same on the day you receive it and return the product within 2 days of receiving the item. We will ship the right items to you right away once the old one is received back
